Resources

Recovery is not something that happens in isolation.

Sometimes it can be helpful to have additional support—whether that’s something to listen to, something to read, or other professionals who are part of the eating disorder treatment community.

Below are resources I often recommend. You don’t need to explore everything here—just start with what feels supportive.

When a higher level of care is needed, having trusted referral options matters.

Eating Disorder Dieticians

Nutrition support is often an important part of recovery.

I collaborate with dietitians who specialize in eating disorder care and approach nutrition in a thoughtful, non-diet, and supportive way.

You don’t need to take in all of this at once.

Sometimes even one small, supportive resource can make a difference.

If you’re looking for more personalized support, you can learn more about working together on the Eating Disorder Therapy page or reach out through the Contact page.
